A poor stray mother gave birth between buildings as she most likely hadn't managed to find a safer place for her puppies. Some of the residents living in the buildings weren't happy to have them located there because of the protective behavior of the poor skinny mum who just wanted to keep her puppies unharmed. She had barked to mostly male residents and wanted them away from her puppies.
Kind people who were frightened for the well-being of the lovely family of 9, alarmed local Fb animal groups urgently asking for any solution and it is when this amazing family joined us. At the time puppies were only 1 month old, living in an improvised shelter made out of cardboard
All 9 puppies will be adopted separately.
However if you want to keep some of them together, who are we to say no :D
The third pair of these gorgeous puppies are June and Summer, two sisters - can be adopted separately or together.
💙June - girl 💙
Things you should know about June and Summer
✔️4 months old
✔️Weigh around 5kg, should be between 12-15kg as fully grown dogs
Their mum is a medium sized dog weighing around 15 kg or less.
The family of 9 is placed in a foster home where they live in an enclosure for dogs and sleep in dog houses.
Not house / toilet trained so a small guidance is needed in the beginning as they will definitely have toilet accidents but with some perseverance will learn quickly
not cat tested
The whole litter is acting shy and not so confident in interaction with unfamiliar people which is quite usual for puppies who haven't spent too much time with people apart from their foster carers. However they do allow to be petted and are caught easily to be held in arms which tells us that it won't be so hard to socialize them in the future, Growing in a pack of dogs means that possibly they will find it hard to be living without other dogs so giving them enough time to adjust to new environment is a must,
Both puppies are quite playful and lively when on familiar terrain and in the company of dogs, quite sweet-natured, sensitive and submissive with dogs.
haven't been introduced to kids, dog-savvy children are preferred and possibly over 12 y of age as these guys are quite sensitive
healthy, fully vaccinated
Spaying is mandatory in a new home once she is old enough
