She showed up one day at the railway station, next to the post office in February 2023. She was one more in a series of abandoned dogs as Slobodanka had never seen her before that.
Dora- with her sad face, distrustful and always cautious- she was the main reason for Slobodanka to leave her work for a couple of minutes and check on her if she was alive, look for her to feed her, pet her. Slobodanka was immediately drawn to her sad destiny, to a dog who was calm and sad but rejoiced when people would passing by with their dogs so she can have some company. Dora used to cross the streets like mad, in a hurry, without looking and Slobodanka promised her she will bring her home one day. And so she did.
Now Dora has a warm meal, a home, a place to rest but in a pack with more than 20 dogs, she doesn't have the attention she needs and deserves.

Things you should know about Dora

really good with other dogs, behaves perfectly in a pack, submissive type, undemanding
not tested with cats
she can be shy at first with unfamiliar people but in time she gets better with them- really likes the cuddles and is a very gentle dog of a sweet demeanor.
loves home comforts and hasn't shown destructive behavior, she loves napping and to be close to her human
not very active dog, loves spending time outside in the garden laying in the sun and chilling
healthy, fully vaccinated and spayed
How do you adopt Dora ?
Adoption requires a pre-adoption questionnaire, home check and an adoption contract.
You will need to pay for Dora's transportation, and pay for the paperwork to get him to you.
The costs are typically €550 in total per dog, depending on where you are located.
We used to be able to charge a little less but unfortunately, due to brexit, the costs of passports, documentation and travel have been increased by our suppliers.
