Mika

Mika is a beautiful female chocolate lab mix, though she looks very much like a retriever. She is good-natured, funny, endlessly interesting, and a dog who loves life with all her heart, no matter how difficult it has been.

Because she grew very quickly as a puppy, Mika developed hip dysplasia in both hips and had to go through two surgeries. She recovered successfully and today she lives a life completely free of pain and movement difficulties. In fact, she runs and jumps so joyfully that no one would ever guess she had surgery on both hips.

Due to her remarkable character, stunning appearance and impeccable behavior, we feel so sad that she hasn’t had the opportunity to have her beloved human only for herself. Cos that would’ve been amazing to see!

• House-trained: Understands the rules and goes for toilet outside (with a little patience during the adjustment period).

• Mika is a wonderful, sociable dog who accepts other dogs very easily. She lives with Slobodanka and her 40 dogs and gets along perfectly with all of them. She has a special love for puppies; every new little one is welcomed with warmth and affection, and she absolutely loves playing with them.

• She is just as wonderful with people. Mika loves visitors, even strangers, and will happily jump up for hugs and kisses. She is fearless, open-hearted, and makes friends very quickly.

• She even loves children, although she doesn’t currently live with them.

• Mika also has a great passion in life: sticks and toys. But sticks are her absolute kryptonite. All she wants is for someone to throw wooden sticks far away so she can chase them and proudly bring them back. She could play fetch all day long.

• Despite not being a small dog, Mika is incredibly gentle. She adores cuddles, kisses, and affection. Slobodanka loves her deeply, but it’s clear that Mika deserves a person of her own, someone who will give her the attention she truly deserves.

  And Mika will give back even more: endless love, fun, loyalty, and companionship. You will have a friend who loves you unconditionally, a partner for outdoor adventures, a dog who would happily play fetch with you 24/7, and someone who will constantly remind you how loved you are.

How do you adopt Mika?

Adoption requires a pre-adoption questionnaire, home check and an adoption contract.

You will need to pay for Mika’s transportation, and pay for the paperwork to get her to you.

The costs are typically €500-650 in total per puppy, depending on where you are located.

We used to be able to charge a little less but unfortunately, due to brexit, the costs of passports, documentation and travel have been increased by our suppliers.
