She was born in the vicinity of the shelter, in an what seems to be an old abandoned house. The whole litter was given food by passengers but unfortunately something had happened that vanished these puppies. Most likely a disease as shelter is known as a highly contagious ground and spreads easily in its vicinity.
Only Darka stayed alive. And in spite the huge number of dogs and struggles, we took her.
Now Darka is an awesome gall, fearless and eager to live a fineee life !
We need your help at finding her the best match of a family where she could experience all the happiness she most definitely deserves to have.

Things you should know about DARKA
✔️5 months old
✔️lab mix
✔️Weighs around 8-9kg, should be around 12-15kg as a fully grown dog
lives in the shelter after living in a foster home for 2 months so is getting used to a totally new environment. She now shares the enclosure with 2 grown up choco labs she is amazing with :D although being a midget in a team
Not entirely toilet trained but in time with some practice and regular garden visits it should be no problem for her to get used to it
not cat tested. it shouldn't be a problem living with a cat due to such young age and proper and slow introductions with a cat
Very lively and fearless puppy who is quite adaptable to change as she had lived in a foster home for some time and now is transferred to shelter which is a new and stressful change to everyone. She was meant to be with the puppies sharing the same enclosure but it turns out she is a skillful climber and escapes easily so it's why is in a different enclosure now with one of the biggest dogs in the shelter :D
Darka is small &very soft, tender puppy who loves affection of any type and of anyone. Such a pleasure is having her in the shelter to enjoy in her silky soft coat.
loves the company of other dogs and hasn't shown any fearful behavior despite the fact that she hasn't interacted with them before
love people, doesn't make a difference between unfamiliar & familiar people-she loves them all and enjoys being close to them
hasn't been introduced to kids but this shouldn't be an issue as long as the kids are respectful towards animals and preferably dog savvy
walks on a lead but still, small practice is needed
healthy, fully vaccinated
spaying is mandatory in a new home once she is old enough
How do you adopt DARKA?
Adoption requires a pre-adoption questionnaire, home check and an adoption contract.
You will need to pay for Darka's transportation, and pay for the paperwork to get her to you.
The costs are typically €550 in total per puppy, depending on where you are located.
We used to be able to charge a little less but unfortunately, due to brexit, the costs of passports, documentation and travel have been increased by our suppliers.
