Milica was spotted on a street where she spent days without anyone looking for her.
So loving and affectionate she tried to follow people but would always return to that very place.
Maybe she lived nearby or just waited for someone to let her in.
The person who noticed her couldn't stand seeing her so sad and abandoned so she brought her to foster home where she's been living ever since.
