This girl was spotted near the shelter while being in the heat with a bunch of male dogs surrounding her. It will remain unknown how did she get there...Took us a few days to lure her in, but the moment she stepped with her paws in to the shelter she became the most lovable dog there.

Things you need to know about Socky
approx. 1 year old
possibly Posavac hound cross
around 20kg
placed in the shelter where she spends her days surrounded by other dogs and puppies to whom she is brilliant with
not used to an indoors and not toilet trained which means her new family will have to show some guidance but she definitely is a quick learner
not cat tested
if there is just a pinch of the Posavac breed in her, that would mean she is really intelligent, devoted and hard working dog and with the proper training her potential is limitless although keep in mind that the breed can be stubborn and have a prey drive
so far she has shown nothing but the good stuff- she is the most huggable dog ever, the attention seeker, trading kisses n hugs for a good cuddle and no matter what she has been through in life she radiates with happiness, has the warmest eyes in the world and is just a kind - hearted doggo <3
amazing with people so far, both familiar and unfamiliar
we'd like her to have an active family who could dedicate her time as she will defo enjoy having outdoors activities
kids must be dog savvy
healthy, fully vaccinated and spayed
How do you adopt Socky?
Adoption requires a pre-adoption questionnaire, home check and an adoption contract.
You will need to pay for Socky's transportation, and pay for the paperwork to get her to you. The costs are typically âŹ475 in total, depending on where you are located.
We used to be able to charge a little less but unfortunately, due to brexit, the costs of passports, documentation and travel have been increased by our suppliers.
