🌞🌤️ATOS🌤️🌞

Atos is a puppy found with severe mange. He was not older than 1 month of age, whiney and itchy. We will never know if he was born on the street or just abandoned.

In time, with lots of care of his rescuer, received medical care and good nutrition, he grew into a loving, good-looking & healthy boy.

When the flat became small for him, he came to join us at the shelter where he now meets other dogs and is getting used to a totally different way of living.

Things you should know about ATOS

✔️1 year old

✔️lab mix

✔️Weighs around 15-16kg

  • lives in the shelter after living in a foster home for 2 months so is getting used to a totally new environment. He now shares the enclosure with 2 puppies of similar age

  • Not entirely toilet trained but in time with some practice and regular garden visits it should be no problem for him to get used to it

  • not cat tested. it shouldn't be a problem living with a cat due to such young age and proper and slow introductions with a cat

  • Atos is an energetic puppy who is always ready for some action. Living with two youngsters made him a bit more boisterous compared to when he lived in a flat with his rescuer. Atos is now very lively, and playful inside the pen. Seems like a puppy who adapts quickly although as with all rescue dogs, he'd need to have steady exposure to new things. He is quite euphoric when outside his pen and wants to explore all places and sniff everything but also when in unfamiliar terrain, he searches for closeness & comfort in people

  • He loves the company of other dogs and hasn't shown any fearful behavior despite the fact that he hasn't been in touch with them earlier.

  • Not fearful of unfamiliar people, on the contrary, he looks for their attention and enjoys receiving cuddles

  • hasn't been introduced to kids but this shouldn't be an issue as long as the kids are respectful towards animals and preferably dog savvy

  • walks on a lead but still small practice is needed

  • healthy, fully vaccinated and castrated

How do you adopt ATOS?

Adoption requires a pre-adoption questionnaire, home check and an adoption contract.

You will need to pay for Atos's transportation, and pay for the paperwork to get him to you.

The costs are typically €550 in total per puppy, depending on where you are located.

We used to be able to charge a little less but unfortunately, due to brexit, the costs of passports, documentation and travel have been increased by our suppliers.
