Little frightened Gara was spotted in a village surrounded by a group of dogs as she was in a heat. Poorly and hungry she begged for a moment of peace and a safe corner for her to curl up in.
It was obvious back than that there was something wrong with her so she went under some tests and came out positive to Ehrlichia.

GARA is the sweetest, most well behaved girl. She's going to make a family really happy! She really loves children. She loves them being around. She also likes my cat and the company of other dogs. She loves walks, big or small and walks very well on the lead. No pulling at all. Off the lead she's in heaven! She loves running free and is a big sniffer. She's a good eater too so all in all just a fantastic dog. 🥰

Placed in a foster home with our friend Sara where she is having the most of the fun with other doggies, cats and kids in whose company she definitely enjoys in
although she is fabulous with dogs ( regardless the size and gender) her greatest love are people & kids as she is very affectionate and gentle with everyone, always looking for a kiss & and a nice cuddle
calm dog, so far undemanding & gratefull who enjoys being near to her human and having someone curled up next to on the sofa
we'd love her to have a family with kids ( respectful towards animals!) because whenever she gets bored she asks for the children all by herself, loves being next to them and is always ready to play with
used to an indoors and toilet trained but definitely some toilet accidents are possible due to change of the environment and stress
walks on a lead perfectly but it is a pure pleasure watching her having the most of the fun while being off lead as she loves sniffing and running freely and having the time of her life in an open field with other dogs.

How do you adopt GARA?
Adoption requires a pre-adoption questionnaire, home check and an adoption contract.
You will need to pay for Gara's transportation, and pay for the paperwork to get her to you. The costs are typically €475 in total, depending on where you are located.
We used to be able to charge a little less but unfortunately, due to brexit, the costs of passports, documentation and travel have been increased by our suppliers.
