Spikey is the only survivor in the litter of 6 puppies who had someone left in a cardboard box near the shelter.

Knowing how contaminated the ground is we were all afraid that one of many dreadful diseases might happen to the popr puppies- and it did.

All puppies fought the best they could but only Spikey made it out alive.

Now Spikey has left everything behind and is a big boy, spoiled and adorably loving but he does still need his forever home.

Things you should know about Spikey

✔️5.5 months old

✔️mixed breed

Weighs around 8kg, should be between 12-15kg as a fully grown dog

  • Spikey is living in a foster home with dogs and cats

  • Not entirely toilet trained so a small guidance is needed in the beginning and consistency in pooty training

  • Lives with cats, but still a proper introduction is needed

  • lives with dogs to whom he loves and adores spending time with

  • not lead trained, so she'll need some practice in that as well

  • Good with kids. However we'd recommend slow introduction. Dog savvy kids preferred

  • Spikey is everything you could imagine- playful with dogs, very affectionate with hoomans, cuddly and more than anything loves snuggles on a sofa. He doesn't mind being a lap dog and showered with kisses.

  • Hasn't shown any behavioral issues and isn't fearful towards people/dogs he hasn't seen before but the trip can be stressful therefore his new family will need to give Spikey soem time to slowly adjust to the change he will experience

  • healthy, fully vaccinated

  • castration is mandatory in a new home once he is old enough

How do you adopt Spikey ?

Adoption requires a pre-adoption questionnaire, home check and an adoption contract.

You will need to pay for Spikey's transportation, and pay for the paperwork to get him to you.

The costs are typically €550 in total per puppy, depending on where you are located.

We used to be able to charge a little less but unfortunately, due to brexit, the costs of passports, documentation and travel have been increased by our suppliers.
